We URGENTLY invite suitable candidates to fill the following vacancies:
1. CLIENT MANAGEMENT MANAGER /
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Job Responsibilities:
- To service existing corporate clients and identify opportunities for expansion and growth
- To conduct regular meetings with corporate clients to explore saving opportunities
- To liaise with operation team for service deliveries
- To coordinate resources on project implementation, sales and marketing campaigns and related activities
- To carry out sales planning to define scope, strategy of potential corporate clients
- To conduct cold calls
Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years sales/account management experience in the travel industry or management position
- Working experience in corporate travel / hotel / airlines industries is an advantage
- Strong customer orientated
- Strong analytical skills
- Good presentation skills
- Strong relationship building and account management skills
- Excellent knowledge of PC applications
- Proficiency in both Cantonese and English communication skills; fluent Putonghua is an advantage
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Must be a team player with initiative and ability to work independently
2. SENIOR TRAVEL CONSULTANT (night shift)
- At least 5 years experience in servicing commercial accounts
- Sound product and fare knowledge
- Good command of spoken / written English and Chinese
- Familiar with Abacus
- Excellent telephone customer service skills
- Working on shift between 18:00 to 09:00
3. SENIOR TICKETING CONSULTANT
- Must have at least 5 years experience in fare calculation and ticket issuance
- Familiar with Abacus / Galileo
- Willing to work under pressure
4. TRAVEL CONSULTANT ¡V Leisure Travel
- Minimum 2 years experience in Leisure Travel
- Good customer service skills
- Familiar with Abacus plus basic ticketing knowledge
- Good command of spoken / written English and Chinese
- Willing to work under pressure
5. SALES CO-ORDINATOR
- HKCEE with passed in English subject a MUST
- At least 1 year clerical experience
- Good PC skills
- Independent and willing to work under pressure
6. VISA CLERK
- F.5 graduate
- Outdoor work
- Must have practical experience in visa application
- Fair command of spoken / written English
- Proficiency in PC applications
